Announcing the BipolarBrave 2024 Awards Winners

Drumroll Please…

Happy World Bipolar Day!!

The results for the 3rd Annual BipolarBrave Mental Health & Faith Awards for 2024 are in. The contenders were strong in their respective categories: blog, influencer, organization, and broadcast. For nominees to qualify, they needed to meet the guidelines as follows:

  • Have been around for at least 6 months
  • Be actively working to educate, enlighten, and transform the way society and the church perceive and treat those with mental illness (mental health conditions and diagnoses as defined by: Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Schizo-affective Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorders, Major Depressive Disorder, and other universally-recognized mental illnesses)
  • Have produced measurable work and successes related to both mental health AND faith arenas (Christian-based faiths only, please) and share those results for the past year

Congratulations to everyone who made it, to those who placed, and to those who won!

To all those who voted, and to all who are doing their best to brave the world and church to break down barriers and enlighten those we love to understand mental illness in the context of Christianity,

thank you.

You are doing great work for the kingdom, to help the church recognize and know better how to live with and love those struggling and living with mental illness. I thank God for you.

Stay bold, brave, and real,

Katie
