About

Short Bio:

Hey there! I’m Katie Dale, a voice of faith and reason, reconciling these within the roles of author, artist, and advocate. I advocate for the grace found in a God who heals despite life’s brokenness. Having overcome many losses including my sanity and my firstborn’s passing, I teach others how to face life’s challenges through the power of the Living God. I’m married to my hero in uniform, Chris, and am Mom to Jaxon in heaven and Kylie on earth, residing wherever the US Air Force takes us (currently Europe!). Come find me and say hi on social media @KatieRDale. Stay bold, brave, and real.

Fun Katie Facts:

  • I’ve worked numerous roles and jobs since graduating from college in 2009, and my favorite was my role as a caseworker at a mental health clinic in Missouri
  • I’m an avid runner and still look forward to eventually beating my college/all-time best personal record in the 5K (20:21) – a sub-twenty-minute time
  • I am married to my better half and he is an inspiration to me (where I get my good sense from)
  • We’ve sponsored three children overseas for gospel-sharing projects
  • My husband, brother and I have a trifecta of family names – Chris is married to me, Katie, and has a sister named Caitlin, who married a Matthew, which is my brother’s name, who married a Christi. So Chris – Christi, Katie – Caitlin, Matthew – Matthew
  • I love to dance even though I make up most of my moves
  • I love to improvise on the piano and write music (next life goals)
